Join a Cord of Three
Recognizing the need for more prayer and personal connection within our church family, this ministry is designed to encourage people to meet and prayer together in groups of three for at least 15 minutes on a weekly basis.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12:
9 “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: 10 If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! 11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? 12 Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”
How are groups established? You can either form one on your own with two other people, or contact the facilitator, who will place you in a group, or help you to form a group.
Three cords also refers to the three purposes of the prayer group:
